We are dedicated to providing world-class, evidence-based pediatric medicine and an exceptional patient experience in urgent care.
PM Pediatric Care is the largest pediatric urgent care network in the country. Founded and led by pediatric emergency physicians, our mission is to offer a top-quality, convenient, and accessible alternative to emergency departments for children and young adults. We are academically driven, with over 50 practice guidelines, CME-accredited lectures and workshops, a national annual conference, and extensive data for research and clinical analytics. We support our staff with comprehensive, individualized learning programs, including procedural training, radiology interpretation, and evidence-based approaches to illness and injury. Our setup mimics an emergency department within a private practice setting, featuring on-site x-ray and lab services, supportive staff, specialty consultations when necessary, and a high-acuity, diverse case mix. We maintain strong relationships with local communities and enjoy an outstanding reputation among patients and primary care providers. Our work schedule is flexible, with no overnights, and roles available for 12-36 hours per week, accommodating both part-time and full-time positions.
