We are dedicated to providing world-class evidence-based pediatric medicine and an exceptional patient experience in urgent care medicine.
PM Pediatric Care is the largest pediatric urgent care network in the country. Founded and led by pediatric emergency physicians, our mission is to offer a top-quality, convenient, and accessible alternative to emergency departments for children and young adults. We are academically driven, with over 50 practice guidelines, CME-accredited lectures and workshops, a national annual conference, and extensive data for research and clinical analytics. We provide a supportive work environment with comprehensive, individualized learning programs for pediatric advanced practice providers, including procedural training, radiology interpretation, and evidence-based approaches to illness and injury. Our setup mimics an ED but operates in a private practice setting, equipped with on-site x-ray and lab services, supportive staff, specialty consultations (e.g., plastic surgery, orthopedics), and handles high-acuity cases with a diverse case mix. We maintain strong relationships with local communities and uphold an outstanding reputation among patients and primary care providers. The work schedule is flexible, with no overnights, and roles vary from 12 to 36 hours per week, accommodating both PT and FT schedules.
