PM Pediatrics is seeking a Registered Nurse for our pediatric urgent care in Dedham, MA. You will deliver direct patient care under physician supervision, perform essential procedures, and support the care team to maintain safe, efficient clinic flow.

The role emphasizes pediatrics, rapid assessment, and compassionate communication with families. A current RN license in good standing and BLS are required; PALS is recommended.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license in your state.
• Pediatric care experience required.
• BLS certification required; PALS recommended.
• Experience with venipuncture, IV placement, and medication administration.

Responsabilités

• Obtain medical history and vital signs and prioritize care.
• Perform procedures such as venipuncture, IV placement, cath, and administer medications.
• Assist physicians with patient care and imaging as needed.
• Maintain sterile technique and supply management.
• Participate in quality control and HIPAA protections.
• Support urgent care flow and patient throughput.
