Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with pediatric or urgent care/ER experience to join our team. Under the guidance of the local clinical leaders, APPs evaluate and provide evidence‑based treatment to pediatric patients in an urgent care setting.

We offer flexible scheduling with no overnight shifts and opportunities to work both in-person and via telemedicine, supported by on-site x-ray and lab services and mentorship for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience required; Pediatric ER, General Pediatrics, or Urgent Care experience preferred.
• Active ANCC Board Certification or NCCPA Certification.
• RN/NP/PA state license for each state treated.
• Master's degree in Nursing or PA Studies required.
• Minimum 2 years pediatric independent APP experience or 1 year in urgent care/emergency.
• Ability to think critically, multitask, and communicate effectively.
• Excellent computer skills and EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in urgent care with evidence-based care.
• Perform common urgent care procedures (abscess drainage, foreign body removal, laceration repair).
• Obtain and interpret radiographs with radiologist over-reads when applicable.
• Oversee daily operations and patient flow for on-site and telemedicine visits.
• Ensure adherence to policies, HIPAA, safety standards, and quality controls.
• Collaborate with on-site and telemedicine teams to complete daily tasks.
