PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with significant pediatric or urgent care/ER experience to join our team. Under the guidance of local clinical leaders, APPs evaluate and provide evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients in an urgent care setting.

Qualifikationen

• Pediatric ER, urgent care, or pediatric experience preferred.
• Active ANCC Board Certification or NCCPA Certification.
• Active NP/PA license in states of practice.
• MSN/DNP or PA Doctoral degree required.
• Minimum 2 years independent pediatric APP experience or 1 year in urgent care/emergency.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and EMR experience.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in urgent care, including telemedicine and in-person visits.
• Perform procedures such as abscess drainage, laceration repair, and other urgent care tasks.
• Obtain and preliminarily interpret radiographs with radiologist review when applicable.
• Oversee patient flow and coordinate with on-site and telemedicine teams.
• Adhere to policies, ensure safety, privacy (HIPAA), and quality standards.
• Support service recovery and maintain high patient experience metrics.
