Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior Medical Assistant experience or training.
• Knowledge of pediatric EKG placement.
• Ability to obtain lab tests via nasal swab and venipuncture.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and organization.
• Experience with medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers and patients.
• Greet and register patients on arrival.
• Obtain medical history, vital signs, and intake.
• Prepare patients for X-rays and assist in lab procedures.
• Assist with wound care and quality control testing in the lab.
• Maintain exam rooms and front desk supplies.
• Respond to emergencies and protect patient confidentiality.
• Support the care team and perform other duties as needed.
