Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and basic medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers, patients, and office operations.
• Greet and register patients as they arrive; obtain medical history and vital signs.
• Prepare patients for X-rays and assist with wound care and splints as needed.
• Perform and document routine labs (e.g., throat/urine cultures) as directed.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and waiting areas; ensure confidentiality.
• Respond to patient distress and assist with emergencies under supervision.
