Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC is launching its first Urgent Care in July 2027. We are hiring a Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations at our new site in Northeast Washington, DC.

The role requires a BSN and at least 5 years of nursing experience including pediatric and 1 year of leadership. You will lead nursing practice, advocate for evidence-based care, and guide a collaborative team to excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required and active nursing license.
• 5 years nursing experience with leadership in a similar setting.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead nursing practice per policy and evidence-based care.
• Serve as a resource in the charge nurse role for all patient care aspects.
• Organize unit operations to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain safety and participate in performance improvement activities.
