Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers with pediatric or urgent care experience to evaluate and treat pediatric patients in urgent care settings, including telemedicine. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, perform procedures, interpret radiographs where applicable, and oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality, child-friendly care.

Requirements include MS in Nursing or doctoral level, or MSN/PA studies, active board certification, and 2 years pediatric APP

Qualifications

Pediatric experience required; Pediatric ER, General Pediatrics, or Urgent Care experience preferred.
Active ANCC Board Certification or NCCPA Certification.
RN license (if applicable) and NP/PA state license for each state where treating patients.
Minimum 2 years independent pediatric APP experience or at least 1 year in urgent care or emergency medicine.
Strong computer skills and EMR experience (eCW preferred).

Responsibilities

Evaluate and provide evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients in urgent care, including telemedicine.
Perform urgent care procedures and manage common pediatric conditions.
Interpret radiographs with radiologist oversight when applicable.
Oversee patient flow and coordinate with on-site and telemedicine teams.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality; update knowledge through internal training.
Contribute to service recovery and patient experience improvement efforts.
