Duly Health and Care is seeking a Pediatric RN for our Glen Ellyn Pediatric Office. This in-office role focuses on triage calls, message management, refill requests, and result notes, collaborating with pediatric office teams to arrange home care or appropriate appointments.

Flexibility to assist with patient workflows and processes is required. Responsibilities include triage by phone, patient education, documentation, and acting as a clinical resource for staff.

Formación

• Current RN licensure in nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing skills per Nursing Practice Act.
• Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• Minimum one year of professional nursing experience preferred; new grads may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Triage patient health concerns by phone and educate patients per protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document education provided.
• Assist in training staff and improving nursing practices.
• Support office staff and coordinate patient care within the team.
