Qualifications

• Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Minimum of three years inpatient pediatric surgery experience.
• California PA license without restriction.
• NCCPA board certification.
• DEA registration with California address.
• AHA BLS certification; PALS.
• ATLS within 6 months of hire.
• Credentialing through UCSF OMAG before first day.

Responsibilities

• Act as a full member of the team delivering safe patient care in collaboration with attending physicians, fellows and residents.
• Meet productivity expectations as set by the Division Chief.
• Perform duties related to patient care activities as delineated.
• Inpatient service primarily at UCSF BCH Oakland, with possible care in San Francisco.
