St. Luke’s CARES program in Twin Falls seeks an Advanced Practice Provider dedicated to caring for children and families in vulnerable moments.

You will perform trauma‑informed medical evaluations, connect families with essential resources, and work with a broad network of partners to support prevention and education efforts. The role involves clinic days, regular call, and occasional travel for onboarding and collaborations with Idaho’s leading Children’s Hospital network.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Trauma-informed evaluation experience a plus.
• APRN/PA license or certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma-informed medical evaluations for children and families.
• Coordinate with community partners to connect families with needed resources.
• Prepare for and provide testimony in court proceedings when required.
