Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Spring, TX is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for our Pediatric Transitional Nurse Team to support medically fragile children and families during critical transitions to home care.

This role requires strong skills with high-acuity pediatric patients and experience with trach, vent, G-tube, and emergency management. Flexible scheduling and local travel within ~30–40 miles are involved.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas RN or LVN license required.
• Minimum 1 year post-license experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 3 years of Trach care, Ventilator management and TPN post‑graduation.
• Emergency response management experience preferred.
• Pediatric home health experience is a plus.
• High-acuity pediatric patient experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing 1:1 care in patients’ homes

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Texas Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• At least 1 year post license certification
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to lift and assist pediatric patients as needed
• At least 3 years of experience with Trach care, Ventilator management, and TPN, post‑graduation
• Emergency response management
• Pediatric home health experience
• High-acuity pediatric patients (preferred)

Schedule & Travel

• 12 hour shifts (Day or Night)
• Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and Nurse availability
• 5 working days per week, minimum 1 weekend day
• On call and Staffing coverage responsibilities as needed
• Local travel within approximately 30–40 miles
