Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed clinicians to join our Burke, VA team to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in both virtual and in-person settings.

You will build strong relationships with patients and families, assess needs, support engagement in treatment, and apply evidence-based approaches to foster long-term progress. A collaborative interdisciplinary team supports you every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, LPC-R, or LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children/adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Available after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy (virtual and in-person) to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships, assess needs, and support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
