Job summary

Blackbird Health in Lancaster, PA is seeking clinicians to provide virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You will build meaningful relationships, assess needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate families on evidence-based approaches.

Join an interdisciplinary team with flexible tracks—1099 contractor, W2 part-time, or W2 full-time—and a commitment to accessible, high-quality care for 2–26 year-olds.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, supporting engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Provide education on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.
• Balance virtual and in-person sessions to meet patient needs.
