Blackbird Health is seeking therapists to deliver high-quality therapy to children and families in Pittsburgh, PA, across virtual and in-person formats. You will build strong relationships, tailor treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support young patients ages 2–26 and their caregivers.

Qualified clinicians hold PA licenses (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LSW) with 1+ year of pediatric and telehealth experience.

Qualifikationen

• Active Pennsylvania license in a qualifying social work or counseling field.
• 1+ year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual therapy experience.
• Ability to work after 3pm ET on weekdays or weekends.
• Commitment to family-centered, high-touch pediatric care.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers (virtual and in-person).
• Build meaningful relationships and assess needs to foster engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Help families understand therapeutic approaches and support long-term outcomes.
