Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient healthcare settings and telehealth delivery.
• Licensed or eligible to practice speech-language pathology in the state.
• BLS certification per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with discharge planning.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentoring within an interdisciplinary team.
