Atrium Health Outpatient at Home Rehabilitation Services is seeking a speech-language pathologist to deliver pediatric services in patients' homes across the greater Charlotte area, including Harrisburg/Concord. The role focuses on improving communication, swallowing function, cognition, and daily functioning in a home environment.

Caseload includes birth to 18 years, with a preference for expertise in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state license to practice as an SLP required.
• BLS certification required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document pediatric speech-language and cognitive-communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized home-based treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one speech-language therapy in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers and interdisciplinary team.
• Lead and mentor colleagues as appropriate.
