Qualifications

• MD, DO, MD-PhD or equivalent degree.
• Board-certified in a pediatric surgical subspecialty.
• Eligible for Ohio medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, integration, and advancement of pediatric surgical and perioperative services across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Oversee quality and safety, perioperative operations, and programmatic growth in alignment with Rainbow's mission and academic priorities.
• Lead faculty development, recruit and retain academic talent, and manage resource allocation and program expansion with hospital and system leadership.
