Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Illinois RN license and BLS Certification.
• ADN nurses must enroll in a BSN program within 6–9 months of hire and complete BSN within 30 months; tuition reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient-centered care that is outcome directed across the care continuum.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care provided.
• Assume primary responsibility and accountability for all patient care personally provided and by supervised staff.
