Job summary

Scottish Rite for Children in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced RN Circulator for Surgery at our ambulatory center. You will quickly assess, problem solve and coordinate nursing care for pediatric patients across orthopedic and neurological procedures.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Texas RN license or eligibility, and active BLS certification. Shifts are four 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, with no holidays or on-call.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Hold current Texas RN license or is eligible for reciprocity and holds a temporary permit from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners to practice professional nursing.
• Current BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to quickly assess and problem solve complex situations.
• Prescribes delegates and coordinates the nursing care for pediatric patients across medical and surgical conditions.
• Case manages patient population.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment in the surgical setting.
