Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Registered Nurse for our general pediatrics stepdown unit (3 East) to join our clinical team. This is a full-time night-shift role with a 72-hour biweekly schedule and every third weekend and holiday rotation.

3 East provides postoperative care for pediatric patients across urology, trauma, and general surgery, including ventilation and tracheostomy support.

Qualifications

• Pediatric post-operative care experience preferred.
• DE nursing license required for practice in Delaware.
• BLS certification through AHA is required or in progress.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for postoperative pediatric patients.
• Monitor vitals, manage airway, administer meds, and coordinate care.
