Nemours is seeking a Registered Nurse for our general pediatrics stepdown unit in Wilmington, Delaware. This full-time role covers 72 hours biweekly with night shifts and rotation of every third weekend and holidays.

The 3 East unit handles post-operative care for urological, renal, and general surgical patients, with diverse nursing skill requirements and advanced bedside monitors. Ideal candidates have a BSN or are willing to obtain one within three years, and possess pediatric experience, DE

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; if associate's degree, must pursue BSN within three years.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience required.
• Must be eligible for or have current DE nursing license.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
