Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide comprehensive speech therapy under supervision. You will develop home exercise programs and coordinate care with caregivers and providers in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate and coordinate care between providers and disciplines in the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork.
• Meet with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and standards.
