Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under supervising SLP goals and treatment plans.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with and coordinate care among providers and disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork.
• Meet with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and high-quality patient care.
• Follow agency policies and procedures and adhere to laws related to home-health pediatric therapy.
