Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home therapy across Texas, including surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities across full-time & part-time positions, with annual salary range and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Clinicians will assess, treat, and monitor children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs, partnering with families and interdisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
