Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Speech Therapist (ST) to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. You will provide therapy in clients’ homes and community settings, using a coaching-based approach to empower families and support child development.

We offer flexible schedules, part-time and per diem options, travel stipends, and competitive benefits. You will be supported by an experienced clinical team and receive paid orientation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy in clients' homes and natural environments.
• Use coaching-based interaction to empower families.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits and document progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support development.

What You’ll Do

As an Early Intervention ST, you will:

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits

What We’re Looking For

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Pay: Up to $80 per visit based on experience
