Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Speech Therapist (ST) to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers flexible scheduling and compensation up to $80 per visit, with per diem or part-time options to fit your life.

Your work will focus on coaching families, empowering caregivers, and delivering therapy in natural environments such as homes and community settings. We provide strong clinical and onboarding support, including orientation and ongoing CE

Qualifications

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child's development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments - homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
