Job summary
Pediatric Health Choice is looking for a compassionate Contract Speech Therapist to work with medically fragile children in Florida. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide individualized therapy. Ideal candidates should have a current Speech-Language Pathologist license and preferably one year of pediatric experience. The position offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative environment, focused on improving children's communication and quality of life.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience in PPEC or early intervention.
Ability to pass a Level II background screening.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language evaluations for pediatric patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide engaging therapy sessions tailored to children's goals.
Maintain documentation as per PPEC and state regulations.
Educate families on strategies and communication techniques.
