Compensation And Benefits

  • Full-Time Salary: $65K to $100K annually, based on experience and performance.
  • Part-Time Pay: Averaging $45K to $75K annually.

Your Role as a Pediatric Speech Therapist Assistant

As a Pediatric Speech Therapist Assistant at CTN, you’ll play a key role in helping children achieve their functional goals and grow. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality therapy services and educate patients, families, and caregivers on how best to support the children we serve.

Key Expectations

  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a 95% positive satisfaction rate in surveys.
  • Goal Achievement: Ensure 80% of proposed goals are met by re-evaluation.
  • Efficiency: Fulfill 100% of billable hours as per individual employment agreements.
  • Attendance: Maintain a 90% or higher attendance rate during scheduled hours.
  • Timely Documentation: Complete 100% of daily documentation within 24 hours of seeing the patient.
  • Evaluation Assistance: Assist in finalizing all evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress documentation within 48-72 hours of patient visits.

Qualifications

  • College degree and active SLPA license
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience (experience as a pediatric speech and language pathology assistant is a plus)
