Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)

As a Pediatric PT at CTN, you will provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in fully equipped sensory and gross‑motor clinics. You will collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary therapy team to support children in achieving meaningful functional goals, including:

  • Navigating stairs
  • Improving playground mobility
  • Increasing strength, stability, and endurance
  • Gaining independence in daily routines
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations, re‑evaluations, and individualized care plans
  • Deliver evidence‑based pediatric PT interventions
  • Provide caregiver education and home program strategies
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Participate in team collaboration, meetings, and clinical planning
  • What Success Looks Like
    • 95% or higher family satisfaction
    • 80% or more therapy goals met at re‑evaluation
    • 100% of billable hours completed per agreed caseload
    • 90% or higher client arrival rate
    • All daily documentation completed within 24 hours
