CTN uses a performance-enhanced compensation model, allowing therapists to earn more through quality outcomes and client retention.
- Full‑time Pediatric PT salary: $75,000–$120,000
- Part‑time Pediatric PT salary: $55,000–$75,000

As a Pediatric PT at CTN, you will provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in fully equipped sensory and gross‑motor clinics. You will collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary therapy team to support children in achieving meaningful functional goals, including:
- Navigating stairs
- Improving playground mobility
- Increasing strength, stability, and endurance
- Gaining independence in daily routines
- Perform evaluations, re‑evaluations, and individualized care plans
- Deliver evidence‑based pediatric PT interventions
- Provide caregiver education and home program strategies
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- 95% or higher family satisfaction
- 80% or more therapy goals met at re‑evaluation
- 100% of billable hours completed per agreed caseload
- 90% or higher client arrival rate
- All daily documentation completed within 24 hours
- Evaluations and progress reports submitted within 48‑72 hours
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
- Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong pediatric interest)
- Strong interest in pediatric gross motor development
- Clear communication with families and team members
- Organized, adaptable, and efficient with documentation
- Experience with torticollis, toe‑walking, hypotonia, or motor delays
- Knowledge of sensory processing and early childhood development
- Bilingual (Spanish‑English) skills
- Positive, solution‑oriented, team‑focused mindset
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced but supportive clinic environment
