Join the Cleveland Clinic Health System team as a Clinical Speech Pathologist – Pediatrics in Medina. You will evaluate communication and swallowing, interpret test results, and create therapy plans aligned with patient goals in a compassionate, patient-first environment.

The role requires an ASHA CCC-SLP, Ohio licensure (or eligibility), a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, and completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year. Day shifts, 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Hold or be eligible for an Ohio Speech-Language Pathology License.
• Hold ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Completion of a nine-month Clinical Fellowship Year.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic speech pathology test procedures and evaluate communication and swallowing function.
• Interpret and report test results to facilitate medical diagnosis.
• Provide counseling and education about communication and the diagnosis to patients and families.
• Determine therapeutic plans, including the need for therapy, frequency of treatment, focus for intervention, prognosis and duration of therapy.
• Maintain records of all services and communicate results to referral sources and outside agencies such as schools.
