Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech Pathologist to join the Rehabilitation team in Morristown, NJ. The role involves providing speech-language assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for infants and children, including feeding support, in an interdisciplinary setting.

Full licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) is required. Preference given to candidates with outpatient pediatric experience and infant feeding expertise.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program or equivalent.
• FULL License to practice Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Preferred: Outpatient Pediatric Experience; Infant Feeding experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and evaluates speech and language skills considering educational, medical, social, and psychological factors.
• Plans and implements habilitative and rehabilitative treatment programs to improve communication.
• Provides counseling and language development therapy to individuals with communication disorders.
• Maintains records and prepares reports per policy and regulations.
• Collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and program development.
