Job summary

Emerson Hospital in Massachusetts seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide outpatient evaluations and treatments for children from 0 to 18 years. You will work with families to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy in a compassionate, child-centered setting.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech Pathology, MA license with CCC, and 2–3 years of pediatric experience. BLS is required or obtainable within four months.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• 2–3 years of pediatric experience preferred—feeding/swallowing or autism especially.
• MA Speech Therapy License and CCC from ASHA required.
• BLS certification obtainable within 4 months of hire.
• Warm, professional, collaborative approach with children and families.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability to each child’s needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to Service Excellence and making therapy fun.
• Comfortable with technology and maintaining confidentiality.

Reporting to the Speech Pathology Supervisor, you’ll provide engaging, pediatric-based speech, language, feeding, and swallowing evaluations and treatments for children ages 0–18. What You Bring

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology (required).
