Job summary

Emerson Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Speech Pathologist to provide outpatient services for children 0–18, with a focus on speech, language, feeding, and swallowing. The role offers afternoon/evening per diem hours and a flat rate of $50.00 per hour.

You'll join a compassionate pediatric team and collaborate closely with families to support each child's communication growth. The position requires a Master's in Speech Pathology, MA license with CCC from ASHA, and BLS certification, with 2–3

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• 2-3 years of pediatric experience strongly preferred, especially feeding/swallowing or autism.
• Current MA Speech Therapy License and CCC from ASHA are required.
• BLS certification is required or obtainable within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech, language, feeding, and swallowing services for children with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with families to create personalized therapy plans.
• Work with a multidisciplinary pediatric team to support child progress.

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient speech, language, feeding, and swallowing services for children with developmental, neurological, or medically based communication needs.

What You Bring

• Master's Degree in Speech Pathology (required).
