Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-home therapy across Colorado communities. You will evaluate and treat children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs, delivering individualized therapy in the home with a client-centered, compassionate approach.

Ideal candidates hold an active Colorado SLP license (CFs welcome), ASHA CCC-SLP or pursuing, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit

Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

Required:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado)
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
