Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Clinical Fellows to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs in Tomball/Klein, TX.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as SLP or SLPA, or eligibility for Clinical Fellow program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or in pursuit (for SLP/CF).
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (SLP).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (SLP/SLPA/CF).
• Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognition, feeding/swallowing, and social-emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners.
• Develop home programs to ensure continued progress.
• Document all care and services in EMR.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing (for Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow)

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow)

• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience

• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
