Job summary

Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym - Arcadia, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote therapy sessions to pediatric clients as a Virtual Therapist. As we continue to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate therapists to provide virtual services to our pediatric clients in the Arcadia and Pasadena areas.

Position Summary:

We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide remote therapy sessions to children from the comfort of their own homes. As a Virtual Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs designed to improve the functional abilities and overall well-being of each child in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations using evidence-based tools and approaches
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs and goals
• Provide engaging, interactive, and effective therapy sessions via telehealth platforms
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted California license in your respective discipline SLP
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience (clinical, school-based, or early intervention preferred)
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Passionate about working with children and families
• This is a 1099, Independent Contractor position

Please note that this position will begin with limited hours, typically between 4 and 8 hours per week, with the potential for gradual increases as our patient base grows.
