Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students K-12 in a dynamic school-based setting near Denver, CO. This contract offers flexibility with a 30-hour workweek and welcomes experienced SLPs and CFYs dedicated to helping children thrive academically and socially.

You will collaborate with educators and therapists, contribute to IEP development, and apply evidence-based practices in pediatric speech therapy while engaging with families and school staff.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well.
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric settings highly valued.
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP development.
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students aged K-12, supporting a range of communication needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to the development and monitoring of IEPs.
  • Engage with parents, teachers, and other school professionals to support student progress.
  • Document interventions and maintain accurate, compliant records.
  • Deliver therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities as appropriate.

Compensation for this position ranges from $37.73 to $57.73.
