Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract near Arvada, CO. The role emphasizes pediatric speech therapy and collaborative, student-centered care in a Denver-area educational setting.

You’ll work 30 hours per week, providing direct therapy, assessing and treating disorders, and supporting IEP goals within a multidisciplinary team. CFY candidates are welcome, with licensing eligibility in Colorado.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Colorado SLP license (or eligible to obtain).
  • ASHA CCC preferred; CFY welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy to students, adapting interventions to individual needs.
  • Develop, document, and monitor progress on IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Offer guidance and inservices to school staff for effective classroom strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records according to school and regulatory requirements.

Job description

Make a meaningful difference supporting students’ communication and learning as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based contract position near Arvada, CO, serving the greater Denver area. Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; new grads completing CFY welcome
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and effectively
