Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role in a Denver, CO area, serving K–12 students. This position suits experienced SLPs and CFYs who are passionate about helping children develop communication and language skills within a dynamic school setting.

You will work with a supportive team, conduct assessments, contribute to IEPs, and document interventions using evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows (CFY).
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric settings highly valued.
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP development.
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students aged K–12, supporting a range of communication needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to the development and monitoring of IEPs.
  • Engage with parents, teachers, and other school professionals to support student progress.
  • Document interventions and maintain accurate, compliant records.
  • Deliver therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities as appropriate.
