Job summary

Bright Steps Therapy Network is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join a pediatric team that values autonomy, collaboration, and ongoing growth. You’ll shape your caseload, schedule, and service locations while partnering with OT, educators, and families to drive meaningful progress for children.

We offer flexible scheduling with no evenings or weekends, strong mentorship and professional development, paid CEUs, competitive compensation, PTO and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in the state.
• Effective communication with families and professionals.
• Strong documentation practices and record-keeping.
• Commitment to evidence-based pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Manage pediatric caseload with autonomy and clinical ownership.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, educators and families.
• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
