Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist - School-age

• Location: Suffolk County school districts and/or homecare
• Status: Fee for Service or Full-Time potential
• Hours: During or after school
• Compensation: FFS rate of $60/hour, Full-Time salary $60,000-$68,000 (range dependent on experience and credentials)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement therapeutic interventions for individual and group cases
• Conduct and document speech and language evaluations
• Communicate with supervisors, families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate attendance and billing logs
• Create and manage schedules with families and school personnel
• Track progress on IFSP/IEP goals and report quarterly
• Participate in initial and annual CPSE/CSE meetings

Evaluation Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations in various settings
• Write detailed reports on abilities and difficulties
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and evaluation teams
• Develop functional goals using IEP guidelines
