All Care Therapies in Texas seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team in the DFW North Texas region. This on-site role supports students in Denton ISD or White Settlement ISD, collaborating with families and the multidisciplinary team to create and implement plans of care.

The clinician will assess, treat, and monitor pediatric communication disorders, maintain EMR documentation, and engage with physicians and school staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

Competenze

• Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted TX Speech Therapy license; or ability to apply.
• 3+ years of pediatrics experience preferred.
• Continued education requirements maintained.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.

Mansioni

• Conduct pediatric patient assessments and evaluations in school settings to determine needs and goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, nurses, therapists, social workers and care team members.
• Develop and monitor pediatric treatment plans with specific goals and tasks.
• Document patient progress and prepare reports for healthcare providers and insurance agencies.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes in the EMR system.
• Ensure a safe, compliant work environment by following standards and regulations.
