Job summary

Easterseals Florida – Pediatric Outpatient Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate, treat, and track progress for pediatric clients, collaborating with families and school teams to support communication, feeding, and development.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a current Florida SLP license, with EMR experience and a passion for compassionate care.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current Florida SLP license and NPI/Medicaid numbers needed.
  • Experience with pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing in EMR.
  • Set measurable goals and track progress in Plan of Care.
  • Manage caseload and supervise SLPAs as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and care teams.

Easterseals Florida – Pediatric Outpatient Therapy

Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy team on a PRN basis. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by helping them build essential communication, feeding, and developmental skills-while supporting families every step of the way.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing using EMR systems
  • Set measurable goals and track progress based on each child's Plan of Care
  • Manage your assigned caseload efficiently and supervise SLPAs as needed
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, early intervention programs, and care teams
  • Provide education, guidance, and support to ensure success beyond therapy sessions

Qualifications
