Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Phoenix team. You will work with children using play-based, evidence-based therapy in a family-centered setting.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with parents and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure as SLP in Arizona or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Educate families to support carryover at home and in the community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Complete assessments, progress notes, and reports on schedule.
