Job summary

OWLS Therapy, LLC is seeking an experienced SLP to work with pediatric clients in homes and schools along Philadelphia's Main Line. This part-time role offers flexibility with a clear path to full-time starting January 2027, allowing a gradually built caseload that remains sustainable and meaningful.

We prioritize therapists' wellbeing, offering strong administrative support, collaborative teamwork, and access to assessments and clinical resources. Company-provided scrubs are included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Pennsylvania license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CCCs).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes and schools on the Main Line.
• Experience with pediatric clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations using standardized assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans.
• Provide in-home and/or school-based therapy sessions of 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover and generalization of skills.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation to track client progress.
• Communicate and collaborate with schools and other professionals as appropriate.
