Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the Spaulding Salem Outpatient Center for Children. This per diem role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating pediatric speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and related disorders in an outpatient setting.

The candidate delivers individualized therapy, documents progress, educates families, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• License as a Speech-language Pathologist required; CCC-SLP/CCC-A preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and family education skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and implement treatments.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and strategies.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for optimal outcomes.
