Most services are outpatient, with some inpatient coverage. The position is full-time, requires Ohio licensure and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Formación

• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patient condition and creates customized treatment plans with goals
• Provides safe, effective speech therapy focusing on communication, cognition, and swallowing
• Completes timely documentation to optimize reimbursement for therapy
• Maintains professional communication with patients, families and other health care providers
• Adheres to applicable rules, regulations and ethical standards
