Job summary

May Center for ABA Services, Western Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to deliver direct therapy to children under their IFSP plan. The role includes completing assessments, collaborating with families, and coordinating with service teams to ensure consistent care.

The ideal candidate holds MA licensure and CCC, with 2 years of pediatric experience preferred. The position offers comprehensive benefits, supervision of CFYs, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and a CCC from ASHA.
• 2 years experience supporting infants and toddlers preferred.
• Knowledge of child development.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children identified in their Individual Family Service Plan.
• Complete a specific assessment to document child’s status.
• Collaborate with parents to develop functional outcomes using family-friendly terminology.
• Maintain ongoing contact with the child’s service coordinator to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Train and provide consultation to staff as needed.
• Attend IFSP and school meetings.
• Document session notes after each visit.
• Supervise students in their clinical fellowship year.
